Are all your teachers qualified?

Yes, they all hold the Australian Council for the Teaching of Swimming & Water Safety (Austswim) Certificate as a minimum.

What is the temperature of the water?

The water is consistently heated to a warm 32 degrees celsius.

Do you have 'off-street parking'?

Yes, we have 50 car parking places on the premises.

Is your pool water regularly tested?

The pool water is tested regularly, four times a day.

What happens if you miss a lesson?

If you are a customer who pays by the term, then you are entitled to two make-up lessons per term.

What payment methods do you accept?

We only accept payment by cash, cheque, credit card & EFTpos.

How long are your teaching terms?

We run our terms in line with State School terms, i.e. four terms per year varying from eight to eleven weeks.
